The culinary team of James Beard Award Winning Chef Jody Adams and Executive Chef Amarilys Colon will delight diners with traditional Italian cuisine, regional classics with ingredients sourced directly from Italy and New England. Dishes will span the entire Italian region, inspired from the team’s culinary journeys through Italy. Housemade pastas, fresh seafood, local proteins, cured Italian meats, and artisan cheeses will transport guests on a journey from the mountainous Piedmont, to the rolling hills of Emilia-Romagna, to the coastline of Abruzzo, all with the generous hospitality of Sicily.
