No cancellation charge applies prior to 15:00 (Eastern time), up to two days prior to arrival for bookings made on Flexible Rates. Beyond that time, your first night will be charged.

Some rates require a non-refundable deposit. Please refer to rate details and sales conditions at time of booking to confirm the cancellation policy for specific rates.

Check-in time is scheduled at 3:00 PM. However, if your plans bring you to Raffles Boston prior to this time, please contact Raffles Boston for the availability of an early check in. Otherwise, we will be able to help store your belongings whilst you explore Boston.
